You MUST follow the exhibition rules. These are largely similar to our own competition rules, but there are differences. It is YOUR responsibility to enter correctly – incorrectly submitted images may be rejected. Plenty of help is available beforehand, especially from our YPU rep, Richard Egan.

- Also be aware of the YPU exhibition entry rules
- Don’t include any membership number within your image titles/filenames, and don’t include any punctuation (such as . , ! ? “)
- any typos, or any extra words in your image titles (such as ‘resized‘ or ‘v3′ or ‘for YPU‘), will carry through and appear in the exhibition catalogue if your image is accepted.
- MAKE SURE YOUR IMAGES TITLES MATCH EXACTLY: in the FILENAME and on the ENTRY FORM

- 8 December to 9 February – Submit your digital files (PDIs and print references) and your entry forms
- 2 or 9 February – Hand in your prints on club night.
