Entries are open from 8 December 2025 to midnight on 9 February 2026
Please make sure you enter correctly. Plenty of help is available beforehand, especially from our YPU rep, Richard Egan.
Read our webpage about submitting to the YPU exhibition as well as the YPU’s own exhibition rules. Then follow the steps below.

1 – Enter any PDIs
2 – Enter any prints
- Entry form for up to 10 prints
- Upload digital references for up to 10 prints
- Hand in your mounted prints at club night on 2 or 9 December 2025 (pass to Richard Egan).
3 – Pay for your entries
Each PDI or print entry costs £1.50.
We much prefer online payments – details below. If you can’t do that, please pass cash to Richard Egan, our YPU rep. You don’t need to contact Richard or Judith Hooper (our treasurer) to say you’ve paid; Richard will reconcile all entries with her. All payments must be received by midnight on 9 February 2026.
