On Saturday 23rd August the society held its Annual Exhibition. What a day, so many visitors over 270 viewed the beautifully organised and presented digital and printed works of art.
The diversity of members images showed how everyone sees the world around them in so many different ways. The photographs were taken with cameras of all types from smartphones to DSLRs.
A very big thankyou to all who helped in anyway from baking, printing, media, organising, and above all the photographers!
The society will be opening the season with a warm welcome from the president Stuart Ward. An outline of the programme, competitions, speakers and workshops will ensure friendly learning and will most definitely lead to new knowledge and skills.
The programme starts on September the 8th with an overview of the year and enrolment of members, we encourage you to show us 5 images on a theme taken during our summer break please enter them here if asked you may need to set up a dropbox account.
